Noah's first doctors appointment

Well yesterday was Noah's first doctors appointment here in Pa. We went to see our doctor and friend Dr. B. He is a really nice person and doctor. So we got Noah down to the bare minimum and he got on the scale 12lbs 12 oz. I could hardly believe it. He had gained a pound in the 12 days he was with us. Way to go Noah!

He looked him all over, no thrush, no infections, nothing wrong. He said developmentally he seems right on track. I told him I was concerned because Noah's feet turn in weird, not like I had ever noticed with my girls. Dr B said that is was something that began with an m I think. Anyways he said it even happened in "normal" babies. I hate that term but I get it. The doctor showed me a few simple exercises to do and said Noah should be fine.

ECI in Texas said that we would know we found a great pediatrician if he said he had no idea what to do with Noah and suggested other specialists. Well folks we have a great pediatrician! Dr B said he hadnt ever really heard of trisomy 8q2 and suggested we see a GI, Neurologist, Geneticists and an audiologist. He was impressed to know that I had all but the neurologist appointments already made. I know I know I like totally awesome, lol. On the way to church I called the Neurologist and got an appointment for tomorrow at 8am. Our first trip to the new childrens hospital. can't wait to see what all the fuss is about. I have to take the grape elevator, haha, thats cute. No one could believe I got an appointment so fast. When I saw Dr B at church last night I told him and he was shocked. Yay me!

Well I took a few videos from the doctors so I could remember all they said. I wont bore you with the one of me and the doctor talking but here are 2 short ones.

Be blessed
