update day 1

Its 11:15pm Noah is getting a bath. We were both falling asleep, he was asleep I was almost there. Then he gagged gasped and vomited everywhere. It was bright yellow. It was a good bit. He was screaming and we got a bunch of phlegm out. Hoping to settle us all back down to bed soon.
